Our garden is one of our favorite places to be: seeding, weeding, spraying, picking, snacking. We been keeping a garden for the past few years now and still feel like complete rookies. But we’re constantly reading, asking, and experimenting and hoping to one day be skillful enough to join the league of those calling themselves “gardeners”.
We want to use this space to share our journey both keeping a household garden and growing crops here in Tanzania. We’ll share our favorite plants, local tricks, gardening resources we find, our successes, and our abundant failures. Check back frequently to see how we’re using our land here in Mtwara.
